Delete your Venzato account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Venzato and tap the account icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your published sites go offline.
• Your drafts and projects.
• Your customer records, orders and any payment keys you connected.
• Your account, credits and usage history.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: in the App Store, in Google Play, or — if you subscribed on the web — from Settings, then Account, then Manage subscription. Otherwise you will keep being charged.
