Hosting and database
The Venzato service runs on Fly.io. Project and account data uses Supabase with PostgreSQL.
Account access
Users can sign in with an email code, Google, or Apple. SSO and SAML are not available.
Published addresses
Projects can use a site-<id>.venzato.com address or a customer-owned domain, according to product and plan limits.
Payment channels
Purchases are available through the App Store, Google Play, and the web. Polar is the merchant of record for web payments.

Venzato offers Free, Pro, and Studio monthly plans. The pricing page is the current source for prices, credits, published sites, app builds, and domain limits.

SSO and SAML
Organization-managed identity and SAML-based sign-in are not currently offered.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001
Venzato does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
DPA and contractual SLA
A Data Processing Addendum and a contractual uptime SLA are not currently offered.
Procurement and billing
Invoiced payment, purchase orders, and custom payment terms are not currently available.
Seats and team administration
Central seat management, organization roles, and consolidated team billing are not currently offered.
Data residency
Customers cannot currently select a data residency region. Contact Venzato if location is a mandatory requirement.
